Walking together is a journey I am honored to share.

The field of Marriage & Family Therapy is rooted in Systems Theory, or the study of relationships from the micro- to macro- cosmic.

Over the past decade I have blended my therapeutic practice with Hypnotherapy, Neurobiology, Epigenetics, Community Health, Clairvoyance, Mediumship, and Reiki. 

When I reflect upon both my maternal and paternal lines, as well as my own journey, I envision the literal and metaphorical umbillical cord connecting us through genes, water, blood, and time.  

Creative Energy, Healing Energy, Sexual Energy - I imagine these energies all share the same essence.

My studies have taken me deeply into the intersections of child sexual abuse, sexual assualt, patriarchy, mental health, energetics, and clairvoyance. In many ways, the macrosystemic & generational wounds of patriarchal violence have led me into a forest of antidotes and medicines. 

Witnessing my Grandmother's, Mother's, and then my own experiences has revealed the longterm mental and energetic impact of intergenerational trauma. These understandings have led me to the alchemical arts.

We hear often about intergenerational trauma; Let us also attune to the beauty which exists beneath these layers of harm. We have also inherited the practices, mastery, and innate intelligence of our ancestors.

There can be purpose in alchemizing wounding:
Like the presence of being in relationship with grief, reinhabiting the body, integrating the psyche, and the freedom of remembering creative & energetic gifts. Perhaps each generation we can carry less, gifting our children more space to become.
